Mistakes we make in our skin

Sometimes many of the things we do every day can be reflected in our skin, how? … It’s simple, almost everything we think we “do well” ends up harming our skin, especially our face.

  1. Much to much. If ever you consume a lot of sugar, caffeine, salt and alcohol this makes your skin is dehydrated, it appears dry dull, and fine lines are marked more  or wrinkles appear prematurely and can be irritated.
  2. Clean in excess. Do not wash your face several times a day, this will only make you lose natural oils that you need to remain balanced, and will look dry, irritated and tense due to the use of many soaps, scrubs, etc, the most important thing is to wash it in the morning, before bed and every time you want to remove makeup and dirt completely.
  3. Scrubs. You have to learn to use scrubs. It’s OK to use  once or twice a week a gentle scrub that are suitable to your skin type, to remove the soaked dirt, but do not over do it, because your skin may get irritated and dry, which will cause pain and even small wounds.
